Tuesday at 3:00pm:

just got home.... i just go home early because my class is only subject every Tuesday.. i don't eat for my breakfast and lunch that time..so i decided to eat when i'm home and i will buy some foods..  but then i just remember that i have a fresh milk or fortified milk in our refrigerator and i have biscuits in my room..i decided not to buy nalang magastos kasi.. and then nung nakauwi na aku i drink my milk and eat some biscuits but the milk taste so bad baka napanis na kasi hindi ku masyado iniinum.. but then nakainum aku ng half of my cup..and then a few minutes ago my stomach start to ache. parang na constipated aku dun sa ininum kung gatas....i go to rest room and make some bawas2x after that masakit pa din ung tyan ku so i ask my mom to buy a medicine for me then she buy 2 capsules of loperamide..i take those 2 capsules super sakit kasi ng tiyan ku and a few hour ago medyo nawawala na yong sakit. and then i feel comportable again.

i'm not fun doing this such thing.. i don't have tumblr or multiply to create a blog.. i just have to do this for the sake of my grades :))

when i was in high school i start taking these multivitamins because my immune system is weak..i easily got cold and fever because of virus na maeencounter ku outside and because of the environment that we have right now. so my mom advises me to take ENERVON to prevent those virus and have a strong immune system.... sa edad ku naman cguro na to hindi na aku pde mag take ng syrup.hahaha...so kelangan tablet and capsule na sya..

but then i was confused enough to take it...so i ask my mom about this drug..how many times i will take this and how many capsule a day. she says that:

• 1 tab daily.
• Used as dietary supplements.
• Helps ensure optimum energy & increases body resistance against infections & other stress conditions.

i just easily notice that this multivitamins is good for me, oh! there is an statement that my mom said is for stress conditions.. so as a pharmacy student we need to take this everyday to relieve those stressful subjects that we always encounter everyday in school.. sa dami dami nga requirements na ginagawa natin kelangan nati magtake nito para sa mabuting kalusugan..
